One central door entrance with windows and wire mesh guards . A full plan of the unit is available on request. Unit consists of the following
1) Open plan office area 19ft x 12ft .
2) Kitchen area 8ft x7ft fitted with a sink, worktops, base and wall units.
3) Toilet 8ft x 4ft with sink, water heater, mirror and towel machine.
4) Small rear office 10ft x 6ft.
5) Full disabled toilet 6ft x 6ft with all fittings low level as required including panic Alarm .
6) The unit is also fitted with exterior baton lights and also has an intruder alarm fitted, but would probably need a service as we have no operating details but was in full working order at the time of collection
