Ready To Go-  Used 20ft x 8ft Office Container – Insulated and Fully Equipped

The unit is based on a standard 20ft dry van container with an 8ft 6in external height and has been converted for office use.

Externally, the office is fitted with one steel personnel access door positioned at the end of the container and two anti-vandal steel windows with security shutters, with one window positioned on the side and one on the end.

Internally, the unit is insulated and lined with melamine-faced boarding, with vinyl flooring fitted throughout to create a clean and practical working environment.

The office is also fitted with a complete electrical package including two double sockets, one electric heater, two LED strip lights, one consumer unit and an external electrical hook-up. The electrical installation is tested and certified.

The exterior is finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey.
